About me
Risko has nearly two decades of experience in the software industry, specializing in software testing, test automation, and collaborative engineering practices. He has consistently focused on delivering high-quality products through proactive quality strategies, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Currently, Risko leads efforts to improve web client performance by helping teams identify, diagnose, and resolve performance regressions. His recent work includes developing internal tools leveraging the PageSpeed API, Lighthouse reports, and Real User Monitoring to pinpoint issues affecting websites’ Core Web Vitals. By presenting regular performance reports and facilitating technical discussions, he empowers engineering teams to make informed decisions that directly improve user experience.
Beyond web performance, Risko continues to support product engineering teams in achieving better first-time quality while seeking ways to elevate quality standards beyond functional correctness.
Outside of work, Risko enjoys spending time with his family, exploring nature through hiking and camping with friends, and learning Japanese.
